Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

Cadence is operated by International Awards Group Ltd. This policy explains how refunds work for Cadence subscriptions.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Cadence, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including for change of mind. This applies to your initial purchase and to each renewal charge within its own 30-day window.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will raise the request with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically 3–10 business days once approved.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30-day window.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so no refund is due for the remainder of that period.

Paddle's own refund terms

Refunds are also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy. Where this policy is more generous to you, this policy applies.
